In this session, we will present a data-informed framework we developed to help students retain and succeed in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) programs. In particular, we will describe our methods for identifying 'at risk' undergraduate students in required core curricula courses and evaluating the impact of a special treatment program that was provided to a subset of those students. We will discuss an early 'boosting' effort to help this population of students who were not thriving and evaluate the short- and long-term impacts of these treatments. Additionally, we will present an inclusive learning visualization dashboard which assists instructors in improving their assessment design and also aids administrators in evaluating the impact of any special treatment programs offered students with actionable insights.
