No matter where your organization is in its digital learning transformation journey, there is always "what's next." With so many components to an optimal digital ecosystem—learning standards, curriculum mapping, digital resources, analytics, assessment, dashboarding, forecasting, learning management, learning objects, interoperability, and the list goes on—how do you identify your priorities and establish goals and strategic pathways to achieve your vision? Participants in this executive session will work together, under the guidance of education and industry experts, to strategically plan for the next phase of their journey. Hear from instructional leaders and colleagues who have progressed on their path and will share lessons learned. Work with IMS and industry leaders to identify key decision points and levers. Confer as a team to drill down to best return-on-investment opportunities. The K-12 Executive Session provides a unique working environment that will allow participants to walk away with an outline to lead your organization to the next level of digital transformation.
